Job Description :-

The Sales Executive (DSR) will work under the guidance of distributors to increase sales and expand their market presence. This role involves building and nurturing dealer relationships, driving sales growth, and contributing to market enlargement by promoting products effectively. The Sales Executive will be key to supporting the distributor’s efforts to meet sales targets and enhance their market coverage.

Experience :-

Prior experience in sales or a related field is preferred, especially with distributors and dealers.

Skills Required :-

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with distributors and dealers.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in handling sales data, billing processes, and reporting.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales results.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Sales Growth for Distributor: Work closely with distributors to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth in their region.
  • Dealer Support and Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, providing necessary support to boost their sales performance.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market areas and customer segments, and work with the distributor to expand market presence.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Collaborate with the distributor to meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities.
  • Billing and Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely billing processes with the distributor, facilitating smooth transactions.
  • Payment Recovery: Assist the distributor in implementing strategies for timely payment collection from dealers and clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with dealers and end customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and areas for improvement, sharing insights with distributors and the sales team.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and alignment on sales strategies.

Salary :-

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
